The current situation of the country has started bringing people to say their minds. A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), and current minister of state for labour and employment, Festus Keyamo, has recently delivered one of the most fact-filled speeches concerning security in the country on his Twitter page.
The minister mentioned that there are some people who are supporting some groups that have taken up arms to enforce their own independence, but do not believe in the causes of these groups, and they have only shown their support to the groups in a bid to destabilize the government.
Check out his tweet below.
The literal interpretation of his tweet, is quite straight forward, and for those who have found it confusing, I will try my best to explain. What the minister has said in a nutshell, is that there are some groups that are clamouring for independence, however the people who are supporting these groups are not doing so just because they want to see the groups get independence, they are only doing so just to cause trouble, menace and instability in the country.
To some extent, I believe that this man is speaking the truth, because some people are not having it smooth with the present administration. However, some Nigerians have taken their time to react to the tweet of the minister, check out what they said below.
