'We Are Talking About The Insecurity In Nigeria Because We Have Conscience' - Babajide Kolade

Following the rumours that he speaks a lot about the insecurity of Nigeria solely to make the government look bad, Babajide Kolade-Otitoju has maintained that he speaks about the insecurity ravaging the country because he has conscience and he is very sad to see people go through different kind of punishment from bandits.

The ace journalist said this on the midweek edition of Journalists' Hangout where he was talking about the news of how bandits broke into people's house to kidnap them in Niger state.

Mr. Otitoju explained that Niger state is the state with the highest number of kidnapping case and slowly that menace is creeping into Abuja as some schools in the FCT have been shut.

Speaking further, Otitoju noted that he will never stop talking about the insecurity ravaging the country because he has conscience and that he is very pained to see people go through undeserved punishments from the outlaws.

Conclusively, Babajide urged the government to find a lasting solution to the rising insecurity in the country.
