Why Attahiru Jega may run for 2023 presidential election under PRP

In 2011, the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) was deregistered by Prof. Atahiru Jega who was then the National Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). But today, same Prof. Attahiru Jega is now the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the same party.

Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega joined Balarabe Musa’s political party, Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) last year. Since then he has been committed and dedicated to the activities of the party. It is likely, that the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) will present Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega as the party’s presidential flagbearer come 2023.

Now that Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega is now a full time politician, many watchers are watching to see what will happen to him in the Peoples Redemption Party in 2023. Will Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega run for the party’s governorship ticket in his state? Or Will the members of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP)gives him access to run as their flagbearer in 2023. The fact remains that Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega performed brilliantly well while being the national Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
