Photo Of Goodluck Jonathan, As He Lands In Mali For This Official Assignment
Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was the former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He came into power in the year 2010, and was removed from the office of the president in the year 2015, after losing the presidential election to the current President of the country, Muhammadu Buhari. Every since he left the office, he has been appointed to chair Various peace keeping committees in Africa. This is due to the fact that he put the interest of the country first, before putting personal interest during the 2015 election. People were thinking he was not going to concede defeat, after losing the election, but he proved everybody wrong and conceded defeat. That act that was made by him, prevented a lot of bloodshed that might have happened.
Yesterday, he has landed in Mali on a peace keeping mission. He wrote on his official twitter page, and i quote "i landed Bamako yesterday evening with my delegation to begin my assignment as a leader of peace mission to Mali. I'm optimistic that our mission will yield positive result. Or message of peace and progress has so far been well received by stakeholders, GEJ".
People have however acknowledged that he is even looking younger than before. What are your thoughts on this, if you believe Nigeria misses Jonathan as the president, please drop a comment below.
