The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, says that the fact that the All Progressive Congress (APC) loses Lagos State to another party should not be the reason for violence in the state.

The presidential flag bearer of the labor party, Mr. Peter Obi, has been declared winner in Lagos State, which is a place where Bola Ahmed Tinubu has full assurance that he is going to win the state.
He further stated that this game of politics is one in which you win and I lose, and we must let it continue like that for peace to reign in the country, he said.

According to him, I have been thinking God father of Lagos State, but as a pure Democrat, you win some, you lose some; that is the game of politics. The fact that APC loses Lagos to another party should not cause violence in the state because that is normal in the democratic system, he said.
