The labor party governorship candidate in Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivor, popularly known as GRV has replied to a social media user who told him not to ride on the success of the Endsars Protest that was staged in 2020
It is no longer news that the protest, which was staged across states in Nigeria and many other countries, was a mission that called for an end to police harassment and brutality
However, the Twitter user called him out ahead of the governorship election that will go down in March
The contest in Lagos state will be between, the sitting governor In Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo Olu, the peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate, Azeez Adediran AKA Jandor, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivor, and some other party candidates
He said " where were you doing the #Endsars protest? But you want to ride on the wave to get elected into office "
Replying to him, the labor party governorship candidate shared a series of pictures that he took from the protest as proof that he partook in the struggle
He said he was with Lagosians during the protest and that he is still with them
