Dr. Onyinyechi Ikpeazu, the leader of the legal team representing the Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Gregory Obi, before the presidential election tribunal, has suffered a tragic loss as his daughter Nwankie Ikpeazu lost her life to the cold hands of death and was buried today.
In this regard, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, and his wife, Mrs. Margaret Brownson Obi, took out time to commiserate and mourn the passing of the legal icon's daughter as she was laid to rest.
Speaking via a post published on Twitter on Friday evening, the former Anambra governor wrote, "Earlier today, my lovely wife, Margaret, and I, joined in the final commendation of Late Miss Nwankie Ikpeazu, the beloved daughter of Dr Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN. Nwankie's death is one that is heart wrenching."
He added, "We cannot question God but accept her demise as the will of the Almighty. I sincerely commiserate with her immediate and extended family and all who mourn her irreplaceable loss, while also praying for God to comfort them. May God rest her soul in paradise."
