Olujimi Wins Female Senator Of The Year 2020

She was born in Omuo Ekiti, Ekiti state, Her education started in Our Lady of Apostles in Ibadan, Oyo State and then proceeded to Nigerian Institute of Journalism to obtain a Diploma in 1976. Biodun Olujimi also bagged degrees in Political Science and a Postgraduate degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Abuja

Abiodun Christine Olujimi is a Nigerian politician. She is a senator of the Federal Republic Nigeria representing Ekiti South constituency and minority leader of the Nigerian Senate. She was a board member of Nigerian Communications Commission.

Former deputy governor of Ekiti state and senator representing Ekiti South, Abiodun Olujimi, has emerged 'female senator of the year' in the 2020 Leadership Excellence Awards.

The Award is endorsed by the African Union Economic, Social and Cultural Council (AU-ECOSOCC), an advisory body of the African Union (AU) designed to give civil society organizations (CSOs) a voice within the AU institutions and decision-making processes
