Uche Secondus appear to have a genuine case and some PDP members are coming to terms that the constitution of the PDP made it clear that Secondus is entitled to complete his tenure and that it is only the NEC of the party that can remove him.
The fear is that the Appeal Court may give judgment based on the constitution of the PDP which Secondus is relying on. A situation that may return Secondus as PDP National Chairman and also declare October 30 and 31st planned National Convention of the PDP as null and void. Already Secondus has brought in more SANs and dropped some fortify his legal team.
His goal is to enforce his right as a member of the party and at the same time save himself from being humiliated out of office. As it stands now, the Governors of the PDP are bracing up for any eventuality and are coming up with alternative plans according to This Day newspaper.
