The Director, Publicity and Advocacy of Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has reacted after the vice-presidential has reacted to the report that the votes of the Labour Party are being tampered with in several polling units. According to him, from where I stand, I see no evidence of tampering, adding INEC may need to improve its communication on uploading results
It could be recalled that the Spokesman of Labour Party, Kenneth Okonkwo and the national chairman, Juilus Abure raised alarm that their results are not been uploaded in their polling units, adding that the results are being tampered
However, talking to his verified Twitter handle while reacting, Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed said "Many friends have asked me to verify rumours that LP Votes are being tampered with. I have told them I have no access to information that can verify this. I can only say from where I stand, I see no evidence of tampering. INEC may need to improve its communication on uploading results"
