Formerly A Tailor & Marketer: See The Journey Of Saliu Adetunji The Olubadan Of Ibadan

Saliu Adetunji born August 26, 1928, is a Nigerian monarch who right now sits as the 41st Olubadan of Ibadan following his crowning ceremony on March 4, 2016.

He grew up learning professional employments until he took up style structuring as a method for living in the wake of moving into Lagos.

While filling in as a style architect, Saliu dug into melodic record advertising until 1960 when he established his first of three record mark engraves called Baba Laje Records which housed notable fuji music acts including Dauda Epo-Akara and Wasiu Ayinde Marshall.

Before his royal celebration as the Olubadan of Ibadan, Saliu Adetunji was the Balogun of Ibadan land.

The title signifies "Ruler of Ibadan", a Yoruba people group established in the sixteenth Century

The ruler rules over a populace of almost 3,000,000 individuals

Ibadan is the capital of south-western Oyo state - the third-biggest metropolitan territory by populace after Lagos and Kano.

May his royal highness live long and prosper.
