(Abdul Azeez Olajide)
The gubernatorial candidate of the PDP in Lagos State, Abdul Azeez Olajide who's best known as Jandor have stated that he's the only governoship candidate that's fighting the idea of Lagos.
He said this on a recent Interview on Arise News while addressing the issues surrounding the governoship election in Lagos. Jandor stated that the reason why Chief Bode George seems to be supporting Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour of the Labour Party was because he refused to accept Bode George as his godfather.
He also stated that the godfatherism in Lagos cuts across boards as he alleged that the APC governorship candidate in Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu is telling those who can't vote for him to vote for Labour Party in the governoship election.
He said this while reacting to a flyer which seems to point out that the governorship race is mainly between Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour and Sanwo-Olu.
"What is happening cuts across board in terms of this godfatherism. Of course I've heard Sanwo-Olu going to Alaba International Market trying to convince them to vote for him, at the end of the day, he ended it by saying; if you're not going to vote for me, vote for Labour Party."
"What is happening in Lagos is that Jandor is that only that doesn't belong that's why they came up with that flyer."
