Nigeria has 36 States which means there are 36 serving State governors.
Abuja on the other hand, is headed by a minister and not a governor, maybe because it's the country's capital city.
The country's general elections took place early last year which saw Muhammadu Buhari reelected four another four-year term as president.
State governors were newly elected and some others were reelected in that same election.
However, States like Kogi and Bayelsa States later did their own gubernatorial election in November same year.
So going by the current performance rate of States governors, from Godwin Obaseki of Edo State to Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, from Nyesom Wike of Rivers State To Umar Ganduje of Kano State and so on, who do you think is the best governor so far? Your rating should be based on performance; infrastructural development, economy management, security of the State, education and so on.
Note that governors in their first term are also qualified to be rated here. What you'd simply do is to compare what they have done in a given time.
