Abia Assembly Workers Smile As They Received Different Palliative Relief Materials From The Speaker.

In a bid to cushion the negative affect of covid-19 pandemic that is ravaging the entire world today, the Leadership of the revered 7th Abia State House of Assembly under Engineer Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, as Speaker and other Honourable Members, have distributed different kinds of food palliative relief materials to Abia Assembly Workers.

Speaking to the newsmen at the Assembly Complex, the Clerk cum Permanent Secretary of the House, Sir John Pedro Ironkasi (JP) who speak through the Chairman Abia Assembly staff welfare Association, comrade Nwaobilor Anthony, on behalf of the Management and the entire Members of the Association, appreciate the Speaker and his colleagues for the good gesture.

He further maintained that the Speaker and his colleagues have shown commitment and dedication to the State workers since the inception of the 7th Abia Assembly by working in alliance with the Governor, Dr. Okezie Victor lkpeazu to ensure that State workers receive their salary and wages at the end of every month.

He also describe the 7th Abia Assembly lawmakers as a humanitarian and workers friendly lawmakers, based on the way they handle issues relating to welfare of State Workers and also urge them to continue with the same leadership styles.

He further said that the 7th Abia Assembly lawmakers have gradually remodeled the Assembly complex to a conducive atmosphere for workers, adding that the staff under his watch will not cease in praying for them and the State Governor as they continue to make life easy for workers and Abia electorates throughout their tenure.
