Alhaji Safyanu Yahaya, Chairman, Magama local government council in Niger defected from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) earlier today.
With the development, PDP is now left with only one council chairman, Alhaji Hussain Lemu of Gbako local government council out of 25 local councils in the state.
It was contained in a letter that was signed by Yahaya. He said, "It is with great pleasure and reverence to Allah I bring to your notice my resolve to decamp from PDP to the ruling APC."
He said this because for him, PDP is a waste of time and energy and full of gibberish. He said he has great desire to contribute to the betterment of his new party APC in his state and beyond.
He said that APC is progress in and have competent men of caliber and focus. He complemented that the affairs of APC is piloting faster and will lead the country to its pace.
“I have come to know that the PDP has lost touch with reality".
With this talk of him, what do you say? Is he talking gibberish or sense.
