HRH Dr Selky Kile Torughedi, the Eyewei the 5th of Azzuzuama has felicitated with Muslims across the Nation on the occasion of this year's Eid-El-Maulud celebrate which marks the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammed (SAW).
In a statement issued to journalists by the monarch in Abuja, he urged Nigerians to use this year's celebration as a reminder that new things will be born, stressing that prayers should be offered for leaders to summon the needed political will to confront the current National Challenges.
HRH Dr Selky used the opportunity to felicitate with the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, President of Nigeria's Senate Ahmed Lawan and the Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila and indeed all Muslim Ummah on the occasion of 2021 Eid-El-Maulud.
He called on Nigerians to continue to pray for the peace and unity of Nigeria while expressing hope that the challenges being faced will soon come to an end and a united new Nigeria will emerge for the benefit of all.
HRH Dr Selky called on Nigerians to reflect on the journey so far, while remaining hopeful for better living conditions going forward.
