EFCC's suspended Chairman released by Presidential Investigative Panel.

Embattled former EFCC Acting Chairman, Ibrahim Magu regains his freedom after days of being drilled by the Presidential Investigative Panel set up by the Presidency to look into allegations labelled against Sir Magu regarding the re-looting of funds.

He had earlier applied for bail to the IG of Police but the IG had directed his lawyers addressed the bail to the Investigative Panel because the Police were not the ones detaining him.

He has been released by the Investigative Panel but we do not know if the charges are being dropped or if investigations continues in few days time.

Would Sir Magu return to the Zenith position at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and take back his position from current Acting Chairman, Mohammed Umar who was appointed few days ago or would the Chief Anti-corruption crusader be in his 'suspension' state pending the final outcome of the investigation?
