When the fulani herdsmen's eviction saga commenced, a lot of people have been expecting what Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will say about it. As a top political stalwart in the All Progressive Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to take a stand in the war of superiority between Governor Seyi Makinde and Mr Sunday Adeyemo.
As one of the agitators of the desired Oduduwa Republic of the Yoruba people, Chief Sunday Igboho gave the fulani herdsmen living in Igangan town in Ibaraba North Local Government a notice to vacate the premises before the stipulated date.
On the seventh day of the ultimatum given to the fulani herdsmen living in Igangan town by Cheif Sunday Igboho, he went to the town to persuade the people out. During this processes, properties worth of millions of naira were destroyed.
The Seriki Fulani of Oyo State was also driven out of the town by Sunday Igboho and people following him. When the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, noticed this,he ordered the new Commissioner of Police in Oyo State to arrest and treat Sunday Igboho as a criminal.
A lot of people rose up and prevent Mr Sunday Adeyemo popular known as Chief Sunday Igboho from getting arrested. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was also expected to defend Sunday Igboho from getting arrested by the IGP.
Mr Bola Ahmed Tinubu hasn't said anything about the movement yet but as an experienced politician, Bola Ahmed Tinubu needs to speak this time around before 2023 presidential election. It is not possible for someone to stay in the middle of two ideas. Tinubu should condemn Sunday Igboho publicly.
If he does this, the Northern politicians can easily guarantee his twenty twenty three presidential candidate victory. Condemning Sunday Igboho does not mean that he hates him. He should call him to order in order to save his 2023 presidential election. The main reason why Tinubu should condemn Sunday Igboho is to save his 2023 ambitions.

02-04 22:43:11I personally don't see any reason why we should be forcing Tinubu to comment on a particular issue we all know very delicate for one reason or the other to implicate himself, forcing him to talk anyhow is not ideal, when we have seen other people support, it not necessarily ok we shouldn't be seeking for ourselves problem or downfall, it not proper.
