Nigeria national assembly complex is now under heavy security guards as protesters clashed over the ongoing investigation of the Niger delta development commission.
Both House of representatives and Senate are probing the alleged illegal misappropriation and spending by the interim management committee of the N D D C under the supervision of Godswill Akpabio the minister of Niger delta affairs.
Furthermore, the group supporting the national assembly probe, is emerging leaders forum of Nigeria while the group backing Akpabio and the Niger delta development commission against the probe is Niger delta development initiative.
However, the security operatives had to separate the two groups before the confrontation deteriorates further.
Following that, the Niger delta development commission, managing director has said that all projects in the area are been handle by the national assembly members.
So i, came to ask while would people be fighting for what they don't know and what in any way would not benefit them. Please lets learn to abstain from what does not concerns us .
