His Excellency the Executive Governor of Bauchi State Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed gave out his lovely daughter, Dr Hauwa Bala Mohammed to the son of the Emir of Azara in Nasarawa State, Lawal Adamu.
The Deputy Chief Imam of Bauchi Malam Ahmed Naibi presided over the wedding fatiha at Ramat House Bauchi where the Emir of Azara served as representative of the groom while the District Head of Duguri Ibrahim Y M Baba served as representative of the bride.
Wakilin Bauchi on behalf of the family enjoined well wishers and relatives to bear with Governor Bala for his inability to invite many guests to attend the ceremony.
The wedding fatiha came as suprise because parent of the groom were initially in Bauchi to seek for her marriage on a scheduled date but Governor Bala directed for the immediate conduct of the wedding fatiha.
High profile personalities at the occasion include former Governor of Kogi state, Captain Idris Wada among others witnessed the event.
