Former minister of aviation, during the President Olusegun Obasanjo government, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode after joining the ruling party met with the President, Muhammadu Buhari and other members of the party.
During the meeting, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode who was beaming with joy stated that the reason why he joined the party was because God directed him to do so. He said that he was led by the Spirit of God and that he joined the APC so as to help in the unity of the country. He also added that he was against anything that would cause disintegration and disunity of Nigeria.
However it can be recollected that the politician was a very popular critic of the Buhari administration and the APC, he is known for regularly heaping insults and strong criticism against the party even once swearing that he would never become a member of the party.
Is Mr. Kayode's decision suspicious? Comment and tell us what you think.
