The Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for the 2023 General Elections, in Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, PhD , and the Hon. Minister of Special Duties, and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Sen. Dr. George Akume, witnessed the presentation of Certificate of Return (CR) to the two (2) Senators - Elects, and ten (10) House of Representatives Members-Elects, respectively, in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
Recall that the two (2) Senators - Elects, and ten (10) House of Representatives Members - Elects, were elected on February 25, 2023, and l were officially given their Certificates by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), on March 7, 2023, and March 8, 2023, respectively.
The people of Benue shall also exercise the same franchise by electing the Governorship Candidate, and House of Assembly Candidates, on March 11, 2023, culminating to what the potent Priest desires to get, to raise THE BAR OF GOVERNANCE, in the next political dispensation, in Benue State.
Fr. Alia's election as the Governor of the State, would bring high expectations, and high level of governance, in the interest of all and sundry - giving that he is conscious of what they want from him.
