Whether Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will decide to contest for the 2023 Presidential elections or he will choose to nominate any of his numerous political followers, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu may need to close rank with the two members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), with the aim of making it easier to complete his influence in the northern political environment.

First, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu may need to close rank with the incumbent Governor of Yobe State who is still the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Caretaker Committee, Mai Mala Buni.

Considerably, with the power bestowed on Mai Mala Buni as the Caretaker Committee Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), his influence on who takes what position in the party could not be overemphasized.

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu may need to close his relationship with Mai Mala Buni to make his ambition or any of his supported candidate easier, in the 2023 general elections.

Secondly, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu may need to deploy his political cleverness to convince the incumbent Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, to completely buy the political idea of Tinubu's dynasty.

The political relevance of Kaduna State Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, in both Kaduna State and the entire North could not be underestimated.

Considering the political experience of Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai since 1999 when Nigeria returned to democratic system of government, his experience may be needed by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu with the aim of, easily, breaking through the politics of Kaduna State, in particular, and the north, in general. This may definitely make it easy for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu or any of his supported candidate to win the 2023 general elections.

Are These Enough For Tinubu To Clear Way For Himself or Anyone Nominated By Him For 2023 Presidency?

Actually, if Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu pallies with these prominent politicians, he or his nominee will still need to officially declare intention to contest for the presidential seat of Nigeria under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

Besides, he or his nominee must go through all the processes that may be put in place by the party and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), in the course of joining the race for 2023 presidential poll.
