Throwback: Why Ayodele's Prophecy Of Bomb Explosion During Anambra Poll Should Be Ignored By Voters

Sometime in the month of May 2021, Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, in one of his prophecies, made mention of seeing explosives during Anambra State governorship poll. As gathered from a report by Sahara Reporters, he added that PDP, APGA and YPP are the parties that were likely to produce the next governor of the State.

Notably, Primate Ayodele had released this prophecy before IPOB came up with their threats of stopping Anambra State governorship poll. Considering the level of destruction of lives and properties in Anambra State recently, it can be inferred that Anambra Voters (citizens) may have been gripped with fear of Ayodele's Prophecy coming to fulfillment on the day of election, thereby portraying the possibility of reducing people's participation in the forthcoming election.

On this note, it is imperative for Anambra Voters to ignore Ayodele's Prophecy of bomb explosion and express no fear in the gubernatorial election. Here are the reasons why they should ignore the prophecy.

GOVERNMENT'S PLAN OF INCREASING THE SECURITY LEVEL IN ANAMBRA

Considering the fact that the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba has made plans of deploying about 34,587 police personnel, alongside with three helicopters and special forces that will ensure peaceful, free & fair election in Anambra, the people of the State should have no reason to panic or express fear over Ayodele's Prophecy. Indeed, the government's plan of increasing Anambra's security should be an assurance to voters that there lives would be well secured on the day of election.

EXPRESSION OF READINESS BY INEC

Recently, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), while expressing its readiness to conduct Anambra poll, belittled IPOB/ESN threats of stopping Anambra's election, stating that nothing will stop the election from holding. Hence, voters should brace up and have nothing to fear as INEC is an electoral body that has what it takes to ensure that there are no such things as "explosives" during the election.
