Moment When Gov Zulum Stopped His Convoy To Help Women Gathering Firewood.

Truth be told, it is not everyone that has a good heart, muchless the ability to do good to others especially when you are at a top position. There is an adage that says "Absolute power consumes absolutely" amd there is also another adage that says "when you want to know the real character of a man, give him power and money".

There are so many rich people in the world right now who have power and when I say power, I do not mean diabolical powers, I mean political powers, but are not in any way nice to the people around them. So many people are in great wealth, but will not use their wealth to influence the life of their neighbours or family members positively. Instead, they do everything with their capabilities to make life more miserable for their next available victim that fall prey to them.

However, the case of the Governor of Borno state in the person of Governor Babagana Umara Zulum is very different from such. According to reports, Governor Zulum who was on his way, probably to his house or a meeting stopped his convoy just to help some women who were gathering firewood. It would interest you to know that he did not only stop to help them gather the firewood, but he also allowed them put the gathered firewood in one of the vehicles of his convoy.

If that is not good heartedness, then I wonder what is. To me, this is a lesson to all other powerful and wealthy people out there. If you have the chance or opportunity to do good to people that are not up to your standards, you should.

In my opinionated view, Governor Zulum was being generous and he has shown that he has good intentions towards the people of Borno state. I pray that is good that will continue to pave way for him.
