An Intercessory prayer on behalf of former Governor of Ekitit Ayodele Fayose has wildly gone viral. In the video, an old woman and 3 fully grown men were spotted standing close to each and holding hands. The prayer which was being led by the old woman was solely directed to the Ex-governor.

However, the manner and avenue chosen for the intercessory prayer have stirred mixed reactions on social media. This is because they were making the prayers inside a river suggested to be located in Lagos State.
The major prayer point is for the governor who is having corruption case hanging on his neck to use his glory in life. His full names were being mentioned in the prayer by the woman sitting inside the river whom many thought could have been Fayose's mother. They prayed to God to intercede in life and help him use his glory!

Note that when praying an intercessory prayer, one makes plea and meditation before God on behalf of oneself but most importantly for others.
What could have made them praying for Fayose inside a river?
