An Open Letter To Babajide Kolade-Otitoju On His Recent Statement About The Released Jangebe Girls

Dear sir,

I write this letter to express my thoughts a recent statement you made on Facebook concerning the released 279 Jangebe girs.

First and foremost sir, I understand that you were elated by their release of these young ladies, however, you could have made that point without having to make people ask unnecessary questions.

From your post, I can see that you have subtly planted a school of thought in the hearts of your readers concerning the payment of ransom and this is at a point where all Nigerians should be thankful that the girls were released hale and hearty.

Sir, you are a respected Journalist, hence, it's really saddening that you would subtly make such an assertion, without a formal statement from the governor of Zamfara State.

I urge you to take back that statement, as such deductions are not in line with professional journalism.

Dear Nigerians, what is your take on this issue of national concern?

Please, do well to like, comment, share and follow.
