The senator representating Anambra South Senatorial district, Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Uba has officially notified the Upper Chambers of his emergence as the flag bearer for the Young Progressive Party in the upcoming Governorship election in Anambra State.
"With best regards and due recourse I write to express my sincere appreciation to my distinguished colleagues for according me a cordial relationship so far in the course of my stay in the larger senate despite being the only senator from the Young Progressive Party (YPP).
Words cannot express the dept of my gratitude. I want to inform you that having duly completed the prerequisites processes as stipulated by the electoral act and Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, I have successfully emerged as the Governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Party for the forthcoming Anambra State Governorship election slated for November 19th.
As indicated in my earlier letter to you in view of the above, I wish to request that you as well as my distinguished colleagues put me in your ernest prayers as i contest for the position of Anambra State Governor."
