It is no longer news that Oyo state have been witnessing crisis just of recent, first it was Sunday Igboho issuing Fulani quick notice to vacate Oyo State due to how Fulani have been allegedly killing his people.
Followed by destroying of Hausa properties and killing in Shasha market. It was reported that, sequel to this, the Governor of Oyo state have been doing all his possible best to return peace to the state.
Reacting to this, Seyi Makinde blow hot and said, there are certain people that have the agenda to become governor of Oyo state, he said, all they think is to cause problem.
Consequently, the Governor said, he have news for them, he said, they should first have a state before thinking to govern, because if there is no peace in the state, there won't be anything to govern on.
In his words:
"Some people think what will make them govern Oyo State is to cause problems but I have news for them you have to have a state before you can govern. So, if you destroy the state what will you govern?"
