Ondo Decides: Why Candidates Should Accept The Election Results -Observers

As the Akokoland and Owo axis surveys covered, records that despite early morning rainfall, turnouts in places like Oba-Akoko, Supare, Oka, Ikare-Akoko, Arigidi-Akoko, Okeagbe Akoko and Irun / Ogbagi, as well as in the Owo local government area. Some of the areas visited had adequate security men on the road, particularly soldiers, while four police officers were deployed at each polling station.

Former aspiring governor, Dr Olusegun Abraham of Ikare Akoko, and Mr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, a member of the House of Reps representing Akoko northwest / Akoko northeast of the federal electoral district, reported that INEC and Security operatives had lived up to the aspirations of the people. 

Also speaking to Radio Nigeria at Irun Akoko, the President of Ondo State of the PDP, Alhaji Fatai Adams, and Chief Press Secretary to Ondo State Governor, Chief Segun Ajiboye, said there was no violation

Speaking on people 's aspirations at Afin Akoko, Alhaji Rasheed Badmus, State Commissioner for Physical Planning & Urban Development, called on all contestants to accept the outcome of the election in good faith. Meanwhile, Saturday's Ondo state governorship contestants were charged with accepting the outcome of the exercise in good faith in order for the state to move forward.

Ambassador Dagali said that the efforts of INEC and Security operatives in the elections in Ondo were much more impressive than those made in Edo. 

Dr. Bolarinwa advised candidates not to waste their time by contacting the electoral petition court. On the scourge of buying votes, the former Speaker said that such an ugly act was not popular in the election of Saturday.
