Mahdi , (33)The current Deputy Governor of Zamfara State is Mahdi Aliyu Gusau. Since the fourth Nigerian Republic, he has been one of the youngest deputy governors to be elected at his age. He is the son of former Defense Minister General Aliyu Muhammed Gusau.
B. Edward Onoja, (46)
Edward Onoja is the Deputy Governor of Nigeria's Kogi State. He is from Odidoko - Emonyoku in the Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi State's Ogugu District. He served as the Governor of Kogi State's Chief of Staff before being appointed as the state's Deputy Governor on October 21, 2019, following the impeachment of Deputy Governor Simeon Achuba by the Kogi state House of Assembly. Edward was named Head of Campaign and Chief of Strategist for the Yahaya Bello Campaign Organization during the 2019 general elections.
C. Manu Haruna (47)
Haruna Manu (born 23 August 1973) is a Nigerian engineer, politician, and former member of the House of Representatives for the Bali/Gassol federal constituency. He is a member of the People's Democratic Party ( PDP). He has been the Deputy Governor of Taraba State since May 29, 2015, when he took over from Darius Dickson Ishaku. Haruna worked for Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) and then for MTN Nigeria Communication Limited before entering politics.
Haruna joined the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in late 2010 and won the primary election for the National Assembly's Bali/Gassol federal constituency seat. He won the election and served in the National House of Representatives from 2011 to 2015, representing the federal constituency of Bali/Gassol. During his time in the National Assembly, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Banking and Currency and as a member of other House committees. Darius Dickson Ishaku chose him as his running mate for the People's Democratic Party during the 2015 general elections (PDP).
