First and foremost, several operatives of the ESN, have reportedly regrouped at Orlu, hence, the re-emergence of military airstrikes in Orlu forests.
The killing of security operatives at a military check point, has got many Imolites worried, as they fear that these criminals may possess sophisticated weapons.
Even more, the burning of the Central Police Station in Imo State, shows how porous the security system in Imo State is and many Imolites believe that Governor Hope Uzodinma needs to invest more in the security of Imo State.
It is important to note that many States Governors in Nigeria, donate patrol vans and other equipments to the security forces in their State, hence, Governor Hope Uzodinma needs to get more involved.
Governor Hope Uzodinma, may also need to raise awareness in Imo communities, over the recent criminal activities through the State's Ministry of Information and enlighten Imolites on the need to be security conscious.
Dear Nigerians, what is your take on this delicate issue of national concern?
