In a unanimous decision by a five man panel of Justices, led by Mary Odeli upheld the judgement of the Court of Appeal, Kanu State division which validated the primary election that produced Charles Soludo.
Reacting to the development, the National Chairman of APGA, Victor Oye who appeared on Channels TV as guest, expressed his delight over the court judgement. During the conversation, Seun asked if he will extend a hand of fellowship to Mr Okeke. Victor Oye replied Seun that a hand of fellowship will be extended to Mr Okeke and every other APGA members.
"We will extend a hand of friendship to all APGAs, those who contested and others. The most important thing is that we will all agree to work together for the success of our party.
APGA belongs to all of us, from East to West from North to South. It is our party and we must do anything humanly possible to make the party survive. The survival of the party is the responsibility of every responsible caring APGA fellow.
For what has happened today, all our friends involved in the struggle, they remain our members, even those who were said to have defected, I can bet you they did not defect. APGA is a movement."
