A former senatorial aspirant in the Imo East People's Democratic Party, Hilary Ugochukwu has revealed why he dumped the party (PDP) for All Progressive Congress (APC). Hilary explained that it was as a result of the good works of Hope Uzodinma as the governor of Imo state.
𝘐𝘮𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘳, 𝘏𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘜𝘻𝘰𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘮𝘢.
Hilary Ugochukwu also made it clear that the under performances of the former Governor had made him have seconds thoughts. Furthermore, he said it had in turn fueled his reasons to dump his former party, known as the People's Democratic Party for All Progressive Congress.

While applauding the present Governor, he called on the people of the state to keep supporting the governor on his mission to make Imo state a very attractive state.
Lemmy Akakem the APC leader of the zone said, “Ugochukwu’s choice of working with Uzodinma is an indication that the administration in the state is one to beat any time anywhere. ”
