It’s no longer news that the race to Aso Rock in 2023 has already started in earnest, a good number of reputable and highly respected individuals are already coming out to show their interest in contesting for the position of the number one citizen in Nigeria.
Among the names of people rumoured to be interested in contesting include Saraki and Tinubu. These two influential personalities have been rumoured to be interested in contesting for the prestigious position. People are now beginning to wonder what could likely happen if these two individuals who are in are also in the two biggest political parties, emerge as the candidates for the party.
What would determine who would win? Won’t there be any form of violence? We know that it is going to be very tough and unpredictable, because both of them are strongholds in the politics of Nigeria, and both of them are wealthy enough to sponsor their own campaigns and win the heart of Nigerians.
