The recent incident that rocked the world today, was the impeachment of the United States of America's incumbent president, Donald Trump for the second time. It did raise a lot of comments all over social media. But keeping that aside, it's important that we focus on what's to come, that's the next president of the country, who is Joe Biden. Joe Biden was declared the president elect after the successful election last year.
On this article we are going to be looking three (3) influential and outstanding Nigerians that will be working with Joe Biden in his coming administration. There Nigerians have really represented the country very well, in the international communities, and they deserve whatever accolades they get.
Osaremen Okolo, who is just 26 years old, is a Nigerian American, she is among those who will be working with the President elect Joe Biden.
She was appointed as COVID Policy Advisor and a member of the COVID-19 Response Team.
2- Wale Adeyemo
He is a Nigerian, that lived abroad for long, and he will be serving in Joe Biden’s cabinet as Deputy Treasury Secretary. It's important we note that he was also part of the former president of America's administration Barack Obama. He served as Senior international economic adviser in the administration.
3- Funmi Olorunnipa Badejo
Funmi is an outstanding Nigerian, that has made great achievements in her political career abroad.she will be serving as Associate Counsel to Joe Biden.
She was General Counsel of the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, chaired by House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn.
