It is the joy of every parent to see their children doing what is expected of them when they are still alive. It is indeed great jubilation for the people of Ekiti state as the former governor's son, Oluwanigba Fayose walked her lover down the aisle today in Lagos.
The wedding event took place in the Lekki area of Lagos state and some important dignitaries from all over the country attended the event.
Though part of the dignitaries that graced the event appears busy they still find their way to the venue. Part of the governors and kings that were present include;
Engineer Seyi Makinde (Governor of Oyo State)
Both Governor Seyi Makinde and the former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose are two strong members of the People's Democratic Party but there is a political difference between them. Though, the governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde made it known at the party that the issue and rift between him and Ayodele Fayose have been settled and cleared.
Kayode Fayemi (Governor of Ekiti State)
Also, the successor of Ayodele Fayose's office and the present governor of Ekiti state was present to honour the event.
Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos State governor)
Since the event happened in Lagos state, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his team were present too and this means a lot to the Family of Fayose and the newly wedded couple.
Governor Nyesom Wike (River state governor)
The governor of Rivers state crossed many bridges and rivers to make sure he is part of the event too.
The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ojaja, Lere Olayinka and so many other politicians were present too.
