It is no longer news that on the 29th of May 2023, the President-elect of Nigeria, who won the February 2023 presidential election, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will be taking over power from his predecessor, President Muhammadu Buhari.

On the day of the handing over, the Federal Government of Nigeria will be using the Eagle Square in Abuja, for the ceremony, as dignitaries, former presidents, presidents will be present on that day to witness the event and due to this, the Special Assistant on Digital Communications to President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad, on his official Twitter handle this morning, issued a warning as regarding the event.
While he was talking, he said that, anyone who doesn't have any business around the venue of the event on May 29th, should stay far away from Eagle Square due to security reasons.
He said, "If you don't have any business at or around Eagle Square on Monday, May 29th, STAY AWAY, a strong warning from the security."
