Fasoranti said power would remain in the north if there was no agreement to distribute the presidency before the 2023 elections.
He said this in an interview on Sunday, 19th July, 2020.
He also announced that the "authorities" had informed him that no investigation into the murder of his daughter, the late wife Funke Olakunri, would be carried out.
When asked if he believed in zoning the presidency into a particular region, he said: "Rotation (method) is better because if you follow a pattern, manipulation will take place and future powers will continue to rule.
"As we have seen now, if nothing is done, power will remain in the north. They will manipulate. They will use the money to influence voters. Either we have a rotation agreement or something happens."
