Princess Taiwo Oyebola Agbona the first daughter of the king ( HRM Oba J. B Agbona) was chosen to ascend the throne for a period of time pending the final decision of the king makers on the appointment of a king.
On the 24th of March, 2018, She became a Regent of Aaye town in Ifedore Local Government, Ondo state.
According to reports,Her Royal Majesty Taiwo said, that when she was called to be a Regent, she had no choice but to do it for her father. According to her, she does the same work as kings do and she is accorded the same respect given to a king.
As a Regent, she is not allowed to kneel to anyone and will always be in male attires, among other rules.
She is popularly known by her instagram name "Royale-bliss".
Although there are no reports stating that she as been replaced yet.
