The Nigerian commissioner of police in Abia state has assured everyone that he didn't plan to bring violence in the burial of Eze Sir Isreal Okwu Kanu & his wife Ugoeze Daley Okwu Kanu who is the parents of the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
It was gathered last week that the commissioner issued a statement saying that any form of Ipob members found displaying the Biafra flags during the burial will be arrested & Ipob members have reacted angrily to his statement.
Today, the commissioner has assured everyone that he is not planning to bring problem during the burial of the monach but he wants to assure that there will be a peaceful atmosphere during the burial.
He added that his boys will make sure that there will be no form of violence before & after the burial from any group of people.
That anyone can attend the burial as police will work to make sure that security of everyone is assured.
