Governor Rotimi Akeredolu popularly known as Aketi is the Governor of Ondo State, and he’s currently serving his second term in office as the Governor of the state.
The year 2020 has indeed been a mixed year for the Governor, has he experienced both good and bad in this year, he won the race for the governorship election and also lose some of his cabinet members, which were very prominent in his team. 
In the middle of this year, July 2 to be precise the Governor lost his health commissioner, in the person of Wahab Adegbenro who reportedly died of Covid-19 complication after he was part of the team that looked after the Governor when he was tested positive for the virus, He died at the age of 65.
Another Commissioner that died is the one that died yesterday, he died after undergoing surgery and he was 68 years old when he died.
Prof Bayonile Ademodi was the commissioner for Regional Integration and he was very diligent with his work during his lifetime.
