Just recently, the new Kano State Commissioner of Police, Sama'ila Shu'aibu Dikko reportedly met with the leaders of the popular Islamic group called Tijjaniyya.
The Commissioner of Police, Sama'ila Shu'aibu was appointed as the Kano State Commissioner of Police few days ago after the former Commissioner, Habu Sani got new appointment.
The new Commissioner of Police, Sama'ila Shu'aibu Dikko have met with the leaders of Tijjaniyya of Kano State branch, he discussed some matters with them including security issues in the state. He also discussed about the teachings of Islam in the state.
According to the reports, the meeting took place at late Khalifa Ishaka's house in Kano state. Below are some pictures from the meeting.
Actually, Kano State is one of the 36 states of Nigeria, located in the northern region of the country. Kano State is one of the most populous states in Nigeria. Kano State borders Katsina State to the northwest, Jigawa State to the northeast, Bauchi State to the southeast, and Kaduna State to the southwest.
