The update on the NDDC crisis is that Ex-NDDC Boss Joy Nuniel, has revealed how she was asked to approve N10 billion as Christmas bonus.
The Ex-NDDC Boss made the important revelation on Friday Jan her words before the House of Representatives Committee on NDDC probe.
She testified via teleconference, noted that her rejection was part of why she was sacked.
The EX- NDDC boss said during her tenure no palliatives were given, the first in NDD history.
Joy Nuniel alleged that the Niger delta Minsiter, Akpabio, hijacked NDDC Forensic Audit ordered by President Buhari .
She further claimed how akpabio gave her a draft; "that she should put it on her letterhead, and the minister insisted that he would supervise the Forensic Audit.
On contracts, she said, she never gave out contractor from NDDC neither she got money from contractor.
She concluded by saying " “I am not corrupt. I can say before the world that I’m the most unpopular MD ever that came to NDDC. The money of the people of Niger Delta is blood money, I refused to touch it”.
