An unpredictable incident has happened as the wife of late former speaker, Edo state house of assembly, honorable zakawanu Garuba has been kidnapped as she travelled with the aged mother and children from Abuja to Edo state to bury the late honorable. According to leadership newspapers on 18th july, 2020, the incident toke place as the family mourns their unburied son, husband and father. it was reported that the kidnappers intercepted them at kogi state and ordered them to come out of the vehicle. They kidnapped the late honorable's wife and driver, leaving the children and their grade mother stranded in the vehicle. According to the younger brother to the late honorable, the kidnappers are yet to establish any contact or demanded for any ransom. Nigeria roads are very risky these days as kidnappers have taken over the roads. How can Nigerians be assured that their security are guaranteed as they ply the roads?
