Mary Daniel the disabled girl whose picture is trending on social media seen hawking sachets of water to fend for herself instead of begging alms from public had finally meet the Lagos State Government, through the special Adviser to the Governor on Civic Engagement, Hon princess Aderemi Adebowale.

Amazingly, she earlier with Okorocha's son in-law Hon Uche Nwosu who invited her to his house for dinner meal, after which he empowered her with the sum of one million Naira (1,000,000). As a result her photos were trending on different social media platforms, with different captions.
A Facebook user identify as Benjamin Time posted the photos of the disabled hawker with a caption "Amazing photo news, Okorocha's son in-law, Hon Uche Nwosu invites Miss Marry Daniel the one legged sachets water hawker and Empowers her with N1 Million naira to start a meaningful business. Ask other well meaning Nigerians to support her as well.

As a result of that her pictures went viral on different social media platforms seeking well meaning Nigerians to support her.
Alot of donations were made to the poor disabled girl by well meaning Nigerians. As at the time time of writing this article they handed her over to the state government, she had received a donation of fourteen million, three hundred one thousand, Eight hundred and Eleven Naira seventy one kobo (N14,301,811.71).
The donations include that of the wife of the Kogi state deputy governor 1million.
Uche Nwohsu, Rochas Okorocha in-law and former chief of state Imo state 1million, many others who supported.
