APC national women leader, Betta Edu, said Nigerians saw how few hours ago, appeal court fined someone 40 million naira for asking that Tinubu's inauguration should not hold.
Betta Udu recall the incident in ah interview with Channels Television during the Politics Today program when Seun Okinbaloye asked her whether her APC camp are afraid of the court ruling of tomorrow, with the fact that opposition sounds confidence they will get justice.
Betta Udu responded that they are not scared at all about the Supreme Court ruling tomorrow.
"Not at all. I'm sure, if you follow the whole judgment from the lowest court, to appeal and now to supreme, you will understand that clearly, it's a no case. And therefore, APC and Nigerians are in no way bordered by the judgement of tomorrow. "
Seun interrupted to ask, "what if it doesn't go your way; it sounds you understand the script already?"
Betta responded that it will definitely go their way and she's not preempting the court and there is no 'script'. However, the case are "semantics" because it is not substantial at all.
"Just as like we saw the judgment which was issued fee hours ago at the appeal court, fining someone 40 million for asking inauguration should not hold."
