Reactions After Omokri Spoke About Kelechi, The First Nigerian-American Captain Of A US Navy Ship

Whatever you do in life, always try to be determined to be successful, no matter the circumstances you would face. It is when you are successful, that people would recognize you and they will begin to talk about you. This is the case of a Nigerian-American named Kelechi Ndukwe who Reno Omokri spoke about today.

Kelechi Ndukwe is a Nigerian-American because his parents migrated into the US from Nigeria in the year 1977. During the handing over ceremony which was hosted live on Facebook, he said his parents were poor college students with hopes and dreams.The man who was appointed the commander of a US Navy Ship called USS Hasley graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2002. In 2003, he started working in the US Navy as an auxiliaries officer. This is not the first US Navy Ship that he would be commanding, because, from 2013-2015, he was the commanding officer for USS Devastator.
