Apart from being a president, Muhammad Buhari is a handsome man with a gorgeous family. President Buhari has a total of 10 children from two marriages, two of whom are deceased. The president presently has eight, seven girls and a boy. One of his children is Fatima.

Hajiya Fatima, the second daughter of President Buhari, is one of the president’s children from his first wife, Safinatu Muhammadu Buhari who he married in 1971.

She was born on March 7, 1975. She has her primary education at Airforce Primary School, Victoria Island, Lagos; her secondary education Government College, Kaduna and obtained her bachelor degree in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She went further for her postgraduate degree in Stratford, United Kingdom.

On October 28th 2016, She got married to Mallam Gimba Kumo, the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria. 

Mallam Gimba Kumo who is 61 years of Age was born on the 5th November 1959 in Gombe State. He is married to four women with many children.Fatima Buhari is the fourth wife of Kumo.

The real reason for her choice to get to a man who already had 3 wives is simply because her first marriage was a nightmare that ended in divorce.

Fatima, had six children- four from her previous marriage and two from her present.
