It's no longer a news that Tinubu has been announced the president elect by the INEC chairman. Despite some candidates from different parties are not in support of his victory, he already won the election.

The president elect recently said that section 60, sub section 2 of the Act deals with transmission of results and it is at the discretion of INEC. Tinubu also said that the act does not contain any mandatory provision regarding the transmission of results.

The president elect, Tinubu recently made a statement regarding his victory. He made a statement saying "In any case, the process of transmitting results from polling units, whether real-time, cannot in anyway change the results that have been announced". Tinubu is trying to say that he has been announced the winner and the president elect, therefore nothing can change the results.
Tinubu is probably refering to those that are not in support of his victory. Kindly share your reactions via the comment section below.
